Nicholas A. Pasquini

Nicholas Pasquini Jr was raised in the construction business in the south hills of Pittsburgh. Nick went on to graduate from Penn State University with a Bachelors of Arts with a dual Major of Real Estate and Economics.Nick went on to become one of the Top Producing Sales People with Richmond American Homes where he sold more than 210 Homes for an excess of 50 Million Dollars.In his inaugural year with the company, Nick was one of two finalists for the MAME Rookie of the Year award. Nick was consistently one of Richmond Americans Top Salespeople and prides himself on his excellent customer service record.A co-founder of CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty, Nick came aboard full time in November of 2003 after extensive traveling around the globe. In 2005, Nick took on the role of Director of Finance.While keeping CENTURY 21 Redwood Realty "in the black", Nick also helped to jump CENTURY 21 Redwood Realtys financial status, and expand the business to Arlington.In 2007, CENTURY 21 Redwood was up 300% in Total Revenues & was the 6th highest producing CENTURY 21 company in the Mid-Atlantic Region.By 2010 CENTURY 21 Redwood climbed to the second highest producing CENTURY 21 company in the region and into the top 30 nationwide.Away from Real Estate, Nick enjoys spending time with his friends and family, loves music and the outdoors, and has an passion for world traveling. Nick has visited 43 countries on 6 continents.His travels have brought him to places such as The Great Wall of China, The Taj Mahal, Big Ben, The Coliseum, Macchu Picchu, The Pyramids, and The Serengeti.Nick lives in Arlington, Virginia with his wife Sara Bell Pasquini, daughter Sofia, and son Enzo.
